Delete Your Data
We respect your right to control your data. Here's how to delete your information from Rapport Score.
Self-Service Data Deletion
You can delete most data directly from your account settings
Delete Zoom Data
Remove your Zoom connection and all imported recordings.
- Log in to your Rapport Score account
- Go to Profile → Integrations → Zoom
- Click "Disconnect Zoom"
- Select "Disconnect and Delete All Data"
Delete Google Meet Data
Remove your Google connection and all imported recordings.
- Log in to your Rapport Score account
- Go to Profile → Integrations → Google Meet
- Click "Disconnect Google"
You can also revoke access directly from Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions
Delete Entire Account
Permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
- Log in to your Rapport Score account
- Go to Profile → Account Settings
- Scroll to "Danger Zone"
- Click "Delete Account"
What Data Is Deleted?
✓ Deleted when disconnecting integration:
- • OAuth tokens and credentials
- • All imported recordings
- • Recording files in storage
- • Pending import queue entries
⚠ Retained (coaching history):
- • Analyzed sessions (your coaching data)
- • Rapport scores and insights
- • Your account and preferences
To delete analyzed sessions, use the "Delete Account" option or contact us below.
Request Data Deletion
If you need assistance or want to request deletion of specific data, contact our privacy team.
