Team Dynamics

Team Dynamics measures how a client team communicates in their own meetings, before your program and again after. You hand the client observed behavior from their own calls, so the renewal conversation starts with evidence instead of a feedback score.

25 partner seats this round. One client team each.

The Team Dynamics Report, still on the table after the engagement

Your current evidence ends when the engagement does.

You ran a strong program. People opened up. The scores came back high. Then the engagement ended, and every piece of evidence you had ended with it.

Three months later your client's learning lead has to defend that line item to a finance person who was never in the room. What do they bring to that meeting? A feedback form and a good memory.

So the renewal becomes a budget conversation. You are not defending your work. You are defending a price.

It is a strange position for an industry built on changing how people behave. The change is real. Everyone in the room felt it. Nobody wrote any of it down in a form a CFO respects.

That gap is the whole reason we built Team Dynamics.

You run the program. We stay in the conversations.

We are not in your sessions. After you leave, the Agentic Performance Coach keeps teaching our conversation skills and carries your lessons forward.

01

Baseline, before you start

We measure the client team's real recorded meetings and report how they communicate today, so your program aims at what the team is doing rather than what the intake call suggested.

You run your program

Your method, your materials, your facilitator. We are not in the room. Nothing about the measurement changes how you teach.

Measure again, same team

Same measures, same people, their real meetings. You get a side by side comparison, so what changed is a number the client can check rather than a claim they have to accept.

What you get

Four things, in the order they matter to your business.

The Team Dynamics Report

Evidence you can hand over

The Team Dynamics Report, a glass folio you can hand to a client
The Team Dynamics Report
  • A behavioral baseline of the client team, taken from their own recorded meetings, so you walk into day one already knowing where the team loses each other.
  • A matching measurement after the program, same measures and same team, so the difference is a comparison and not an impression.
  • Plain language interpretation for every measure, written for someone who was not in the room, so your client's learning lead can pass it upward without translating it first.
  • The specific moments behind each number, with the recording timestamps, so you can point at what happened in the meeting rather than assert that something changed.
  • A report that carries your engagement, so the conversation with the client's finance team is about observed behavior rather than about how the sessions felt.

Renewal and expansion

A reason for the next engagement

Before and after traces on two glass panes
Renewal and expansion
  • Something to open the renewal with, so the meeting starts on results and gets to price later, if it gets there at all.
  • A quarterly re-measure you can build into your own program, so a one-time workshop becomes an ongoing relationship the client renews on its own merits.
  • A baseline for the next team in the same company, so one engagement gives you a concrete reason to propose the second.
  • Evidence in your proposals, so a prospect comparing three shortlisted firms can see which one measures its own work.

Partner economics

Revenue that keeps arriving

The Team Dynamics Report on the studio table
15%recurring on every seat you originate
Partner economics
  • 15% recurring on every seat you originate, paid for as long as that seat is active, so the work you did in week one keeps paying in month nine.
  • Partner pricing on every report, with the client price set by you, so the measurement becomes a margin line in your program rather than a cost you absorb.
  • Income between engagements, so the months between engagements still bring income in.
  • Your program, your brand, your client relationship. We do not sell to your clients. The coach teaches our conversation skills and carries your packet. It does not replace your program.

Agentic Performance Coach

Coaching that outlives the workshop

The report seen from above, a constellation of the team
Agentic Performance Coach
  • A coach for each person on the team, reached through the AI chat tool they already use every day, so the practice continues on the Tuesday after your last session.
  • Our conversation training, plus yours. Reflective listening, concise storytelling, empathic responses — that is what we teach. Your packet is loaded in so both keep running after the workshop.
  • Built on their own recorded conversations, so the feedback is about what they did last week, with the evidence attached.
  • Progress they can see, so the habits your program started have somewhere to go after you are gone.

What we measure

Observed behavior in recorded conversations, weighted toward what happens between people rather than counts next to each name. Science based and AI enhanced, and every number traces back to a moment you can listen to.

  1. Who sets the frame

Who opens a subject, who moves the conversation to new ground, and whose direction the room follows. Published research puts topic control ahead of speaking time as a marker of influence, and we weight it that way.

  2. Dominance across the room

Agenda setting and accommodation, measured across every speaker. Who adjusts their language toward whom is one of the clearest status signals in a meeting.

  3. Interruptions and what follows

Who interrupts, who absorbs it, and the length of the silence that lands afterward. The pause after an interruption often says more than the interruption.

  4. Whether a contribution is taken up

A question that draws a real follow up, and a question the room moves straight past. Both leave a trace.

  5. How the floor gets shared

How unevenly speaking time concentrates across the full meeting. This is the weakest signal of the six and we treat it that way, because who talks most and who holds influence are often different people.

  6. Rapport and alignment

Listening quality, emotional acknowledgment, repair after a misstep, and whether people's speech patterns move toward each other over time.

Every measure above is grounded in published conversation research, including work on topic control as a marker of interpersonal influence. We measure behavior only. Nothing in a report claims what a person felt, meant, or intended.

In development with beta partnersTracking whether a contribution that got cut off ever came back into the room, and who ended up credited for it, is in research and is not in the report today. Beta partners see this work as it develops and help decide what ships.
The Team Dynamics Report, the object you bring into a client

The rules that make this safe to bring into a client

Your client's HR team will ask about this in the first meeting. Here are the answers, and they are not negotiable on our side.

  1. Individual data stays with the individual

A person's own coaching data is visible only to that person. Not to their manager, not to you, not to their employer.

  2. Managers see groups, never individuals

Team views are aggregated, and only when the group is at least four people.

  3. Never used for personnel decisions

Not for performance reviews, promotions, hiring, or firing. We put that in writing in the agreement.

  4. Consent from everyone recorded

Every participant consents before anything is measured, and we help you document it.

Questions we get from training firms

Do you need to be in our sessions?

No. Your sessions stay yours. We measure their working meetings, and the coach meets them in the chat tool they already use.

What do we need from the client to start?

Recordings of a handful of their real internal meetings, and consent from everyone in them. Most teams already record. If they do not, we walk them through it.

What if the numbers barely move?

You see that before the client does, and you get to decide what to do with it. That has value on its own. A program that is not landing is worth knowing about in week three rather than at renewal, and the measurement usually points at which behavior did not transfer.

Does this replace what we teach?

No. You train the work. We train conversation skills — reflective listening, concise storytelling, empathic responses. The coach also carries your teaching, so after you leave they practice our skills and stay inside your lessons.

Do we resell it, or do you bill our client?

You set the price. We can bill you, or bill the client. You tell us which on the call.

How long before we see anything?

A baseline needs a few recorded meetings from the client team. The report follows shortly after those arrive. We will give you exact timing on the call rather than a number on a web page.
