Adding Rapport Score to Your Zoom Account

Step-by-step guide to connect your Zoom account

Active Zoom account with cloud recording enabled

Connection Steps

Navigate to Integrations

Log in to Rapport Score, go to your Profile, then click on "Integrations"

Profile → Integrations → Zoom

Click "Connect Zoom"

On the Zoom integration page, click the "Connect Zoom" button to start the OAuth authorization flow

Authorize Permissions

You'll be redirected to Zoom's authorization page. Review and approve the following permissions:

cloud_recording:read:list_user_recordings

List your cloud recordings for import

cloud_recording:read:recording

Download video, audio, and transcript files

cloud_recording:read:list_recording_files

Access file metadata (type, size, duration)

user:read:user

Link your Zoom account to Rapport Score

Confirm Connection

After authorization, you'll be redirected back to Rapport Score. You should see a success message and your Zoom email displayed as "Connected"

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

If you encounter errors during connection, try clearing your browser cache, ensuring you're logged into the correct Zoom account, or contact support at support@rapportscore.ai

Using the Zoom Integration

How recordings are imported and analyzed

Automatic Recording Detection

Once connected, Rapport Score automatically detects new cloud recordings from your Zoom account:

When a Zoom meeting with cloud recording ends, Zoom processes the recording

Zoom sends a webhook notification to Rapport Score about the new recording

The recording appears in your "Pending Recordings" list

Managing Pending Recordings

View and manage your pending recordings from the Zoom integration page:

Location:

Profile → Integrations → Zoom → Pending Recordings

Available Actions:

Set Context: Choose conversation type and desired outcome

Start Analysis: Begin AI processing of the recording

Dismiss: Remove recordings you don't want to analyze

What Gets Downloaded

When you start analysis, Rapport Score downloads the following files from Zoom:

MP4 Video

Full meeting recording

Audio Track

Separate audio file

Transcript (VTT)

AI-generated transcript

Chat & Timeline

Meeting context data

Viewing Analysis Results

After analysis completes (typically 5-15 minutes), view your results:

Go to Dashboard → Session Management

Find your Zoom meeting in the sessions list

Click to view detailed analysis, coaching insights, and communication metrics

Privacy & Security

All recordings are stored securely in encrypted storage. Only you can access your recordings. Rapport Score never shares your data with third parties.

Removing the Integration

How to disconnect Zoom from your account

Disconnection Process

Navigate to Zoom Integration

Go to Profile → Integrations → Zoom

Click "Disconnect"

In the Connection Status section, click the "Disconnect" button

Confirm Disconnection

Confirm that you want to disconnect your Zoom account

What Happens When You Disconnect

OAuth Tokens Are Deleted

Rapport Score immediately deletes all stored OAuth tokens and access credentials

Historical Data Persists

Previously analyzed recordings and sessions remain in your account for your records

No New Recordings

Rapport Score will no longer receive notifications about new Zoom recordings

Reconnecting Later

You can reconnect your Zoom account at any time by following the connection steps again. Your historical data will still be available.

Removing from Zoom's Side

You can also revoke access from Zoom's App Marketplace:

  1. 1. Go to Zoom App Marketplace
  2. 2. Find "Rapport Score" in your installed apps
  3. 3. Click "Uninstall" or "Remove"
  4. 4. This will revoke all permissions and disconnect the integration
