Bring your everyday conversations into your coaching

Your client has a Zoom call worth reviewing, and your next session is already booked. You can bring that conversation into Rapport Score through the meeting bot or upload an existing recording, then use the feedback to prepare. Choose the method that fits how you and your client already work.

If you'll be reviewing conversations regularly, you can connect a calendar and opt into meeting capture. Performance Partner also lets you work with your Rapport Score data through a compatible AI assistant. The options below explain where each connection fits.

Capture a supported meeting

Rapport Score's meeting bot can join Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, GoTo, and Slack huddles to capture a conversation for analysis. Use the bot for these supported meetings, including Zoom and Google Meet.

You can use a meeting link, a personal quick-invite link, or calendar auto-join. A link is useful when you want to select a particular conversation for review. Calendar auto-join can help make capture part of a regular coaching or training follow-up routine. Before inviting the bot, make sure the participants understand the recording and its purpose.

Connect a Google or Microsoft calendar

Calendar connections let you opt into auto-join for selected calendars. Access is read-only, and the system checks across connected calendars to avoid duplicate capture of the same meeting. You can decide which calendar belongs in the workflow as you set up the connection.

For a coach, this can support a regular review schedule built around relevant client conversations. For a training organization, it can help organize the follow-up period you've agreed with a corporate client. Choose the meetings that will give participants an opportunity to use the skills you're developing.

Upload a recording you already have

Direct upload gives you another route into the analysis. Bring in a recorded voice or video conversation you're authorized to use, then confirm the speaker and conversation context. You can choose upload or meeting-bot capture for each call.

This is useful when a client has already recorded an exchange worth discussing. You can start with that conversation and look for a specific practice opportunity. How Measurement Works explains what happens after the recording reaches the platform.

Work with your conversation data through your AI assistant

Rapport Score Performance Partner connects a compatible AI assistant to the Rapport Score data you can access. As a coach, you can use your own assistant to explore a client team's conversation measurements and prepare for a session. You can also use the connection for your own feedback and practice. Team access follows your permissions in Rapport Score.

Connected assistants include Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Grok desktop. Setup varies by assistant and uses MCP, the connection standard that gives the assistant authorized access to tools and data. Performance Partner is available on paid plans. Check Pricing as you choose the plan for your work.

Connect Your AI explains what the connection does, what it can access, and how to get started.

Choose your first conversation

Start with an exchange that relates to a real coaching question. You might want to explore how a client handled an objection, made a request, or responded to a concern. Bring the recording into Rapport Score, review a relevant moment, and choose an approach to rehearse before the next attempt.

You can build a wider routine once you've seen how that first review fits your work. Coaching & Practice shows how the feedback connects to lessons and live voice rehearsal.
